摘要
汽轮机和发电机检修是CPR1000核电机组大修期间的两个重大检修项目,项目关联性很大,采用项目集管理能带来工期和成本的收益。论文通过对实践工作的总结归纳,给出了项目集管理针对这两个项目的应用方法和过程。
Steam turbine and generator maintenance are two major maintenance projects during the overhaul of CPR1000 nuclear power unit.The project correlation is very big,and the adoption of project set management can bring time limit and cost benefits.This paper summarizes the practical work and gives the application method and process of project set management for these two projects.
