In the development of the modern society,the market competition among the various industries is becoming more and more intense,and the enterprises pay more attention to the innovation of the project management mode,which makes the general contracting management mode of the EPC project come into being,and has been widely used in the field of engineering construction,such as the effective application in the gas pipeline project of the town.On the basis of this,the paper expounds the related contents of the EPC general contracting management mode,analyzes the present situation of the construction of the urban gas pipeline project,and studies the application of the EPC general contracting management mode in the urban gas pipeline projects.
