摘要
广义上,汽车后市场是指汽车销售以后,围绕汽车使用过程中的各种服务。狭义上,汽车后市场分为汽车维修、汽车保养、汽车保险、汽车改装、二手车、汽车租赁及其他汽车售后相关业务。在所有汽车后市场相关业务领域中又以汽车维修及保养业务最为重要,其直接关系到每位车主车辆的全生命周期的安全使用。论文旨在分析我国汽配维修连锁企业的发展现状和趋势以及对我国汽配连锁企业的未来发展及管理做一些有益探索。
Broadly speaking,automobile aftermarket refers to all kinds of services surrounding automobile use after automobile sales.In a narrow sense,automobile aftermarket is divided into automobile maintenance,automobile maintenance,automobile insurance,automobile modification,second-hand car,automobile rental and other automobile after-sales related businesses.In all automobile aftermarket related business fields,automobile repair and maintenance business is the most important,which is directly related to the safe use of the whole life cycle of every vehicle owner.This paper aims to analyze the development status and trend of China's auto parts maintenance chain enterprises and do some useful exploration for the future development and management of China's auto parts maintenance chain enterprises.
