This paper mainly elaborates the relevant requirements of vehicle operation and maintenance management and the relationship between them from the aspects of vehicle repair class and repair system and production organization of the intercity rail project from Xi'anbei Railway Station to airport,which provides a basis for the determination and optimization of airport intercity vehicle operation and maintenance management mode.
