娄底市地质灾害防治对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures for Prevention and Control of Geological Disasters in Loudi City

为做好娄底市2019年度地质灾害防治工作,最大限度减少地质灾害带来的损失,保障人民群众的生命财产安全,根据国务院《地质灾害防治条例》《湖南省地质环境保护条例》《湖南省人民政府关于进一步加强地质灾害防治工作的意见》(湘政发〔2018〕12号)的规定,论文结合娄底市的实际情况,对娄底市的地质灾害防治对策进行了研究。

In order to do a good job in the prevention and control of geological disasters in Loudi City in 2019,minimize the losses caused by geological disasters and ensure the safety of people's lives and property.According to the"Regulations on the Prevention of Geological Disasters"of the State Council,the"Regulations on Geological Environment Protection of Hunan Province",and the"Opinions of Hunan Provincial People's Government on Further Strengthening the Prevention and Control of Geological Disasters"(Xiang Zhengfa[2018]No.12),this paper combines the actual situation of Loudi City to study the countermeasures for geological disaster prevention and control in Loudi City.
