Research on the Talent-Training Mode of Modern Apprenticeship

现代学徒制是一种深化校企合作,促进产教一体化,实现岗位成才的职业教育模式。论文首先介绍了现代学徒制的内涵,然后分析了在职业教育中,工程机械运用技术专业实行现代学徒制的困境,最后研究了工程机械企业与新疆交通职业技术学院合作实行现代学徒制人才培养模式主要内容。

Modern apprenticeship is a kind of vocational education mode that deepens the cooperation between schools and enterprises,promotes the integration of production and education,and achieves post success.This paper firstly introduces the connotation of modern apprenticeship,then analyzes the dilemma of applying modern apprenticeship in technical application speciality of ongineering machinery in vocational education.Finally,it studies the main contents of the modern apprenticeship talent-training mode implemented in cooperation between engineering machinery enterprises and Xinjiang Vocational and Technical College of Communications.
