基于ITSS的医院信息科服务能力提升研究

Research on the Improvement of Service Ability of Hospital Information Department Based on the ITSS

医院信息科是医院的一个重要后勤部门,发挥着重要的服务作用,为医院管理、临床医疗、教学科研、病人和社会提供服务。因此,提升医院信息科的服务能力是一项重要的工作。论文针对医院信息科IT服务管理方面存在的问题,从人员、资源、技术、过程四个方面进行了研究,构建了一套基于ITSS的医院信息科服务能力提升体系,对其应用效果进行了分析,以期促进医院信息化建设,保障系统平稳运行。

Hospital information department is an important logistic department of a hospital.It plays an important service role in providing services for hospital management,clinical medicine,teaching and research,patients and society.Therefore,it is an important work to improve the serviceability of the hospital information department.Aiming at the problems existing in IT service management of hospital information department,studies the four aspects of personnel,resources,technology and process,constructs a serviceability improvement system of hospital information department based on the ITSS,and analyzes its application effect,so as to promote the construction of hospital information and ensure the smooth operation of the system.
