摘要
许多企业在供应商的选择与评价中存在着一些问题,建立一套合理的评价方案来解决企业的实际问题是非常有必要的。论文首先构建了供应商评价指标体系,其次运用AHP和TOPSIS法的结合来进行供应商的选择,最后以实例验证了方法的有效性和实用性。两种方法的结合可以使结果更加准确,避免了一种方法的片面性。使用合适的评价方法和合理的评价体系选择供应商能提升企业的市场竞争力,使企业有长远的发展。
Many enterprises have some problems in the selection and evaluation of the suppliers,and it is necessary to set up a reasonable evaluation scheme to solve the practical problems of the enterprises.The paper firstly constructs the supplier evaluation index system,and then uses the combination of the AHP and the TOPSIS method to select the supplier,and finally,the effectiveness and the practicability of the method are verified by the example.The combination of the two methods can make the result more accurate,and avoid the one-sidedness of a method.Using the appropriate evaluation method and reasonable evaluation system,the supplier can improve the market competitiveness of the enterprise and make the enterprise have a long-term development.
