摘要
随着我国经济水平的不断提升,人民群众的物质消费水平也日益提高。在二线城市,人们对于民宿十分重视。无论是该城市的原住民,还是外来的游客,抑或是迁居此地的外来人口,民宿都具备着较为广阔的发展空间。论文就二线城市民宿的住客特点进行了阐述,进而提出了相应的营销策略。
With the continuous improvement of China's economic level,the people's material consumption level is also increasing.In second-tier cities,people attach great importance to residential accommodation.Whether it is the aborigines of the city,or foreign tourists,or the immigrants who move here,the guesthouses have a relatively broad space for development.This paper elaborates on the characteristics of the residents in the second-tier city guesthouses,and then proposes the corresponding marketing strategies.
