摘要
随着太赫兹技术的不断发展,与其相应的功能器件也被科学工作者重视起来。论文结合亚波长超材料的特性,设计了一种可工作在太赫兹波段的超材料模式转换器件。当中心不连接时,该器件仅产生位于高频的偶极子单谐振。当中心横向位置被连接起来,则产生高低频双谐振。论文为太赫兹模式转换器件、传感器件乃至非线性器件的设计提供了新思路,具有较大潜在应用价值。
With the continuous development of terahertz technology,its corresponding functional devices are also valued by scientific workers.In this paper,a kind of metamaterial mode conversion device which can work in the terahertz band is designed in combination with the characteristics of sub-wavelength metastructures.When the center is not connected,the device only generates a single dipole resonance at a high frequency.When the central transverse position is connected,double resonances at both high and low frequency are generated.The paper provides a new idea for the design of terahertz mode switching devices,sensors,and even nonlinear devices,and has a great potential in applications.
