摘要
陆丰核电站重件码头设计采用沉箱式码头,共有沉箱31件需要从临时预制场出运。为选择适宜的沉箱出运工艺,论文根据陆丰核电站重件码头沉箱工程实际情况,确定了适宜本码头的沉箱出运工艺——吊装出运工艺,对吊装出运工艺的两种设备组合进行了经济性比较分析,最终确定采用600t起重船配合模块运输车(SPMT)设备出运沉箱。由于SPMT设备在核电工程中的应用案例不多,论文重点阐述了出运沉箱工艺中SPMT设备的各个工序的控制要点,包括出运前准备、沉箱装载、沉箱运输和沉箱卸车等。
Lufeng Nuclear Power Plant has adopted the design of the caisson-type wharf,and 31 caissons in total need to be shipped from the temporary precast yard.In order to select the appropriate shipment means for these caissons,the paper has taken into account of the actual situation of the caisson project at the heavy-cargo wharf of the plant and determines lifting as the appropriate means.Then this paper conducts the comparative analysis of the two kinds of equipment combinations required for the lifting from the economic dimension,and finally determines that the combination of the 600t floating crane and the SPMT equipment should be used to ship the caissons.Since the modular trailer(SPMT)equipment are not frequently applied in nuclear power engineering in real practice,this paper focuses on the control points of the SPMT equipment in the process of shipping the caissons,including the preparation before shipment,caisson loading,caisson shipping and caisson unloading.
