摘要
为提高软岩巷道稳定性,减小巷道围岩变形,以山西长平煤矿软岩巷道地质条件为基础,采用理论分析和现场实测的方法,对注浆加固机理进行了分析,确定了巷道注浆加固方案,并对巷道注浆前后围岩变形量进行了监测。监测结果表明,注浆后顶底板移近量减小了62%,两帮移近量减小了74%,注浆措施能够有效减小巷道围岩变形,提升巷道稳定性。
In order to improve the stability of soft rock roadway and reduce the deformation of surrounding rock,based on the geological conditions of soft rock roadway in Changping Coal Mine,Shanxi Province,the mechanism of grouting reinforcement is analyzed by theoretical analysis and field measurement,the scheme of roadway grouting reinforcement is determined,and the deformation of surrounding rock before and after grouting is monitored.The monitoring results show that after grouting,the roof and floor displacement decreases by 62%and the two sides displacement decreases by 74%.Grouting measures can effectively reduce the deformation of surrounding rock and improve the stability of roadway.
