煤泥滚筒干燥系统的改进实践

Improvement of Coal Slurry Drum Drying System

本文对李雅庄选煤厂煤泥滚筒干燥系统的工艺流程及主要设备进行了分析,对试生产过程存在的问题进行了整体的分析。从改善保温效果、热风窑炉防变形、运输工艺和设备、热风系统运行参数优化、除尘系统和配煤刮板机结构等方面进行改造优化。

In this paper,the technological process and main equipment of the slurry drum drying system in Liyazhuang Coal Preparation Plant are analyzed,and the problems existing in the trial production process are analyzed as a whole.The transformation and optimization were carried out in terms of improving the heat preservation effect,preventing deformation of hot air kiln,optimizing operation parameters of hot blast system,reforming dust removal system and the structure of coal blending scraper,etc.
