摘要
为提高巷道掘进效率,山西汾西矿业设备修造厂根据高阳煤矿2035工作面煤层赋存情况及巷道生产定制了一部SGBK620/40型可移式刮板输送机。对该可移式刮板输送机的结构设计进行了分析,并优化了各部的调整设计。实践应用表明:该设计能有效地适应2035工作面的工艺要求和掘进机要求,符合液压支架的配套,有效地提高了该工作面的掘进效率。
In order to improve the roadway driving efficiency,Shanxi Fenxi Mining Equipment Repair Factory customized a SGBK620/40 movable scraper conveyor according to the coal seam occurrence and roadway production of the 2035 working face in Gaoyang Coal Mine.The structure of the movable scraper conveyor is analyzed,and the design of each part is optimized.Practical application shows that the design can effectively meet the technological requirements of the 2035 working face,match with hydraulic support,and greatly improve the driving efficiency of the working face.
