摘要
超声扫描作为一种无损检测技术,已经被广泛应用于塑封器件封装结构缺陷的检测方面。但是部分塑封器件内部存在的一些异常结构,会直接影响检测人员对超声扫描结果的判断,对于器件的合格与否影响重大。该文以两个型号的塑封器件为实例,分析了其内部结构异常的成因及对超声扫描检测结果的影响。
Ultrasonic scanning is a nondestructive testing technique,it is widely used to detect structural defects of plastic devices.However,some abnormal structures in the plastic sealing device will directly affect the detection personnel's judgment of the results.In this paper,the causes of the abnormal internal structure and the influence on the detection results of two types of plastic sealing devices are analyzed.
