摘要 装备在役考核主要依托装备使用部队和相关军事院校,结合部队日常训练、演习、科目考核等任务的进行,重点跟踪分析掌握装备的使用、维修保养、人员使用成熟度等情况,从而检验部队装备状态、性能战技指标,及时发现问题缺陷。作为装备在役考核的主要数据来源,在不改变原有装备状态的条件下,指控通信数据采集装置的设计显得尤为重要。 The assessment of in-service military equipment is mainly relying on the armies that using military equipment and the relevant military academies.Along with the forces training,daily exercising,course assess-ment tasks,focus on the using,maintenance of military equipment and the using degree of proficiency.So can check out the state and performance indicators of military equipment,and found the problems in time.Com-manding and controlling communication data is the main data sources of assessment of in-service military equipment,the design of the commanding and controlling communication data collection unit without changing the state of the original equipment is important.
