摘要
随着电力系统的快速发展,10kV移动式开关小车的使用也不断增长。该文通过对VD4型10kV开关小车主轴崩裂现象的分析,从设计、结构、出厂工艺等方面探究主轴崩裂的原因,并提出相应防范措施,以保证电网安全稳定运行。
With the rapid development of power system,the use of 10kV mobile switch car is also increasing.Through the analysis of the main axle cracking phenomenon of VD4 type 10 kV switchgear,this paper probes into the causes of the main axle cracking from the aspects of design,structure and factory technology,and puts forward corresponding preventive measures to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
