摘要
目的探讨肺内GGN的定性诊断方法。方法对48例肺内GGN患者用螺旋CT行全肺容积扫描,对病变区行增强扫描,利用HRCT、MPR重建、lung VCAR Single软件对其进行分析。结果分叶征:MPR检出率为77.08%、lung VCAR Single检出率为87.5%;胸膜凹陷征:MPR检出率为56.25%,lung VCAR Single检出率为45.83%;毛刺征:MPR检出率为87.5%,lung VCAR Single检出率为79.17%;血管集束征:MPR检出率为60.42%,lung VCAR Single检出率为81.25%。结论CT多平面重建联合肺小结节分析重建技术可以对肺内GGN进行分析,对其定性诊断具有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the qualitative diagnosis of GGN in the lungs.Methods Forty-eight patients with intrapulmonary GGN were scanned with whole lung volume by spiral CT.The lesions were scanned with enhanced HRCT and MPR reconstruction,and analyzed with lung VCAR Single software.Results For the lobulation sign,MPR detection rate was 77.08%,and lung VCAR Single detection rate was 87.5%;for pleural depression sign,MPR detection rate was 56.25%,and lung VCAR Single detection rate was 45.83%;burr sign:MPR test The outbreak rate was 87.5%,the detection rate of lung VCAR Single was 79.17%;for the vascular bundle sign,MPR detection rate was 60.42%,and the detection rate of lung VCAR Single was 81.25%.Conclusion CT multiplanar reconstruction combined with pulmonary nodule analysis and reconstruction techniques can analyze GGN in the lung and have important value for qualitative diagnosis.
