中药熏蒸疗法对类风湿关节炎的治疗作用和机制研究

STUDY ON THE THERAPEUTIC EFFECT AND MECHANISM OF TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE FUMIGATION ON RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS

目的探讨RA的治疗方法。方法选取60例RA患者,将其随机分为两组。对照组给予MTX、LEF治疗,熏蒸组在此基础上给予中药熏蒸治疗。测定两组治疗前后ESR、CRP、TNF、RF、SJC、TJC水平,评价其疗效。结果熏蒸组总有效率为93.3%,显著高于对照组的66.7%(χ^2=5.104,P=0.024);两组治疗后ESR、CRP、TNF、RF、SJC、TJC水平均有下降,但熏蒸组下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论中药熏蒸疗法联合西药能有效缓解RA的临床症状,副作用少,安全性高。

Objective To explore the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods Sixty patients with RA were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with MTX and LEF,and the fumigation group was given fumigation treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.The levels of ESR,CRP,TNF,RF,SJC and TJC were measured before and after the treatment in both groups,and the curative effect was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the fumigation group was 86.7%,which was significantly higher than the 73.3%of the control group(χ^2=5.104,P=0.024).The levels of ESR,CRP,TNF,RF,SJC and TJC were significantly decreased after treatment,but the decline in the fumigation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Chinese medicine fumigation combined with western medicine can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of RA,with fewer side effects and high safety.
