摘要
目的探讨改善食管癌放疗患者营养状态及生活质量的方法。方法选取食管癌放射治疗患者84例,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,各42例。两组均采用适形调强放疗,对照组自行进食,研究组给予营养支持与心理干预措施。比较两组的营养状态及生活质量。结果研究组营养状态好于对照组(χ^2=29.96,P<0.01);生活质量:研究组为(76.12±10.06)分,对照组为(54.22±11.26)分,两组比较有统计学意义(t=9.40,P<0.01)。结论对食管癌患者采取营养支持与心理干预措施,能明显改善患者的营养状态及生活质量。
Objective To explore ways to improve the nutritional status and life quality of patients with esophageal cancer radiotherapy.Methods Eighty-four patients with radiotherapy for esophageal cancer were enrolled and randomly divided into study group and control group,42 cases each.Both groups were treated with conformal intensity-modulated radiotherapy,and the control group fed themselves.The study group was given nutritional support and psychological intervention.The nutritional status and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The nutritional status of the study group was better than that of the control group(χ^2=29.96,P<0.01).The quality of life was(76.12±10.06)in the study group and(54.22±11.26)in the control group.The two groups were statistically significant(t=9.40,P<0.01).Conclusion Nutritional support and psychological interventions for patients with esophageal cancer can significantly improve the nutritional status and life quality of patients.
