一种电动矿用人员运输车平顺性仿真研究 被引量:2

摘要 运用Adams/Car软件建立包括车身、前悬、后悬、转向机构、车轮等部件的运输车仿真模型,建立了整车Adams虚拟样机。将仿真路面设置为随机路面、满载过坎、满载过沟3种情形,模拟实际车辆运输情况,按照相关国家标准对整车满载平顺性进行分析。结果表明,在所设定的路面上,车辆以较低时速(不大于50 km/h)行驶时,人体会有些不舒服,但不影响健康;当三角形、单个凸块作为脉冲输入,以较低车速(例如10 km/h)通过时,对车体造成的冲击较小,没有超出合理的范围,人体不会受到危害,平顺性满足要求。 The ride comfort is an important evaluation index for mine electric personnel transport vehicles.Using Adams/Car software,the simulation model of the vehicle including the body,front overhang,rear overhang,steering mechanism,wheels and other components was built,and then the Adams virtual prototype of whole vehicle was established.By setting the simulated pavement to random pavement,full load over ridge and full load over ditch,the actual vehicle operation was simulated,and the ride comfort of full load was analyzed according to the relevant national standards.The results show that under random road condition,when the vehicle is traveling at a lower speed(less than 50 km/h),the human body will be a little uncomfortable,but it does not affect health,when the vehicle passes through a triangle or a bump at lower speed(such as 10 km/h),the impact on the vehicle body is small,and it does not exceed the reasonable range,the human body will not be harmed,and the ride comfort meets the requirements.
