摘要 综采工作面顺槽内的设备列车采用有轨绞车钢丝绳牵引的运输方式,该设备移动方式工序复杂,作业人员劳动强度大,效率低下。在移动过程中存在列车自滑移现象,易跑车、掉道、误启动绞车、信号传递失误、钢丝绳崩断等问题。为解决该难题,研究了液压自移滑靴式列车的运动原理,对比分析了其优缺点及使用时存在的问题和处理措施,从根本上解决问题。分析认为,该设备可提高劳动效率,工作面推进循环更加合理完善,减轻了工人的工作强度,更加安全可靠,有利于综采工作面安全高效开采。 The equipment train in the mining roadway of fully mechanized mining face adopts the transportation mode of wire rope traction.The transportation process is complex,the worker’s labor intensity is high,and the efficiency is low.In the course of moving,there are some problems such as train self-slipping,easy to run off,drop off,wrong start winch,wrong signal transmission,broken wire rope and so on.In order to solve the problems,the advantages and disadvantages of the hydraulic self-moving slipper train were analyzed.The research shows that the equipment can improve labor efficiency,reduce the work intensity of workers,and is conducive to safe and efficient mining of fully mechanized mining face.
