摘要
选煤工艺设计是选煤厂设计的灵魂。选煤厂作为市场的上游企业,应在明确自身产品优势的基础上以市场为导向,注重市场调研,满足不同客户对煤质的要求。以园子沟矿井为例,在明确选煤厂设计概况和工艺原则的基础上,结合不同工艺流程和市场需求,提出3种生产方案,并对该方案进行经济效益和成本比选分析,确定了最佳工艺。此外,从品牌角度出发,改善营销策略,注册“麟北优质环保动力煤”商标,实现了公司经济效益最大化。
The coal preparation technology is the soul of the design of coal preparation plant.Coal preparation plant,as an upstream enterprise in the market,should pay attention to market research on the basis of defining its own product advantages to meet the requirements of different customers for coal quality.Taking Yuanzigou coal preparation plant as an example,on the basis of clarifying the design outline and process principle of the coal preparation plant,combining with market demands,three production plans were proposed,and the economic benefits of the three production plans were compared,and the best plan was determined at last.In addition,from the brand point of view,through improving the marketing strategy,registering the trademark of“Linbei High-quality Environmental Protection Power Coal”,the company’s economic benefits were improved.
