巷道支护技术在王坪煤矿的应用

摘要 针对王坪煤矿某巷道的支护设计问题,采用了科学的理论分析后提出巷道设计方案,并利用精准的计算公式给出关于锚杆、锚索的合理参数及取值范围。同时,通过现场的实际应用效果再一次论证方案的可行性。实践发现,采用该支护技术后,巷道断面变形量较小且两帮无明显偏移,顶板与两帮的位移量均在200 mm以内;总体支护效果较好,并未出现漏顶窜矸现象,大大减小了安全隐患;不仅减少了工人的劳动强度和工程量,更加快了巷道的掘进速度,具有良好的经济效益。 Aiming at the support problem of roadway in Wangping Coal Mine,by using theoretical analysis and calculation method,and roadway support scheme and reasonable parameters of bolt and cable were put forward.At the same time,the feasibility of the support scheme was demonstrated again through the actual application.The practice of roadway support shows that the deformation of roadway section is small,the displacement of roof and both sides are within 200 mm,the overall support effect is better,which eliminate the potential safety hazard,reduce the labor intensity of workers,accelerate the driving speed of roadway,and has good economic benefit is.
