煤矿安全管理存在的问题及应对措施

The problems in coal mine safety management and its countermeasures

安全是煤矿生产过程中的重要组成部分,实现煤矿高效生产的重要前提就是保证安全。通过对近年来我国煤矿主要安全事故的发生频次以及事故原因进行统计分析后发现,管理问题是造成煤矿安全事故的主要因素。针对这一现状,就改善煤矿安全生产状况的问题,提出:建立从管理者到员工的全过程安全管理机制;从战略高度布局,以生产系统的安全建设入手,提高对生产设备的安全管控能力;加强信息安全管理,建立完善的信息搜集与检测体系;重视安全文化建设,培养员工安全生产意识。在煤矿安全生产的建设活动中,从这4个方面入手,多方发力,循序渐进,不断改善煤矿安全管理水平,可以为实现安全生产起到借鉴作用。

Safety is an important part of coal mine production process and the premise of realizing efficient production in coal mine.Through the statistical analysis of the major safety accidents in China’s coal mines in recent years,it is found that management problems are the main factor causing coal mine safety accidents.In view of the problems of coal mine enterprises,the suggestions were put forward,such as establishing the whole process safety management mechanism from managers to employees,improving the safety management and control ability of production equipment,establishing a perfect information collection and detection system,and cultivating employees’safety consciousness.In the safety production of coal mines,efforts should be made in many ways,and constantly improve the safety management level of coal mines,which can play a reference role for the realization of safety production in coal mines.
