“大众创业,万众创新”已经成为社会热点话题。民办高校在产教融合背景下积极开展创新创业人才培养,既可以满足国家创新发展的需求,也有利于提高院校的综合实力。分析产教融合背景下民办高校创新创业教育人才培养现状,并提出相应策略。

Nowadays,the trend of“public entrepreneurship and innovation”has become a hot topic.The reform and innovation of traditional industries and the emergence of new industries have provided many opportunities for entrepreneurs.Colleges and universities are the cradle for cultivating talents for the society and the country.Talents are the basis for the progress of the country's comprehensive strength.Therefore,some private colleges and universities actively carry out the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial personnel training systems in the context of the integration of production and education,which can not only meet the country's innovative development.Demand is also conducive to improving the comprehensive strength of the institutions.This paper explores and analyzes the construction of talent cultivation system for innovation and entrepreneurship education in private colleges based on the integration of production and education.
