摘要
在实证探究开放式创新宽度寻找、深度寻找与创新绩效关系的基础上,探究政府政策在其中发挥的效应。结果显示:开放式创新宽度寻找对创新绩效影响不显著,深度寻找正向影响创新绩效;政府政策激励正向调节宽度寻找与创新绩效之间的关系,不影响深度寻找与创新绩效之间的关系。
On the basis of empirical research on the relationship between open innovation width seeking,depth seeking and innovation performance,this paper explores the effect of government policy in it.The results show that the open innovation width search has no significant impact on innovation performance,while depth search has positive impact on innovation performance;government policy incentive regulates the relationship between width search and innovation performance positively,but does not affect the relationship between depth search and innovation performance.
