摘要 结合某钢厂高合金钢的实际生产情况,分析了精炼过程、连铸生产各个工序环节钢水含氮量的变化规律。通过现场各工序取样分析,研究各工序增氮的主要原因,提出改进建议并进行工业试验,为生产高品质的高合金钢在控氮方面给予指导意见。 According to the actual production of high-alloy steel in a Steel Plant,this paper analyzed the variation of nitrogen content in molten steel during the process of refining process and continuous casting process. By analyzing the samples taken in different process,the main reasons for nitrogen content increase during each process were studied. And this paper made suggestions for improvement and carried out industrial tests,giving guidance for the production of high-quality high-alloy steel in the control of nitrogen content.
