摘要
氧化皮问题是一项综合性的科学问题,广泛涉及了金属、化学以及锅炉等各个领域的知识,此外对氧化皮厚度检测提出了更高的要求,但我国在此领域的研究依然相对空白。在此背景下,无法对锅炉氧化皮的产生机理进行分析,同时也难以制定出高效的防治机制。基于此,使用数据挖掘技术,对锅炉氧化皮问题展开分析,提出对应的预警系统。
The problem of oxide scale is a comprehensive scientific problem,it is widely involved in the metal,chemistry and boiler and other fields of knowledge,in addition to the oxide thickness detection has put forward higher requirements,but China's research in this field is still relatively blank.On this context,it is impossible to analyze the formation mechanism of oxidation scale of boiler,and at the same time,it is difficult to develop an efficient prevention mechanism.Based on this,this paper uses the data mining technology,on this basis to analyze the problem of boiler oxidation scale,and puts forward the corresponding early warning system.
