小保当二号矿井薄煤层采煤工艺设计方案比选

Comparison and Selection of Coal Mining Process Design Scheme for Xiaobaodang No.2 Mine

根据小保当二号矿井薄煤层开采技术条件,提出了滚筒式采煤机综采、刨煤机综采、"黑龙"系统综采三种薄煤层采煤工艺,分析了三种薄煤层采煤设备的优缺点和适用条件,最终推荐采用"黑龙"系统综采设备,并对其综采工作面设备进行了配套选型。研究结果表明,采用"黑龙"系统的薄煤层综采工作面生产能力可达到国内先进水平,可为薄煤层开采设备的发展起到积极的引领示范作用。

According to the technical conditions of thin coal seam mining in Xiaobaodang No.2 Mine,three kinds of thin coal seam mining technologies for fully mechanized mining are proposed,including coal shearer mining,coal plough mining and "Black Dragon" system mining,and the applicable condition,advantages and disadvantages of the thin coal seam coal mining equipment are analyzed,and the "Black Dragon" system is recommended,and the equipment for the fully mechanized mining face equipment is selected.The results show that the production capacity of the thin coal seam fully mechanized mining face using the "Black Dragon" system can reach the domestic advanced level.It is an exploration and attempt of innovative equipment,which has demonstration effect in the development of thin coal seam mining equipment.
