摘要
在经验计算法的基础上,提出了量化分析计算法,将生产成本进一步细化到采、运、排等每个环节,分别考虑动力费、材料费、修理费、人工工资和设备折旧费等各项费用,同时兼顾考虑了生产工艺的不同而产生的设备生产能力差异,又比较了单位投资及生产成本,以便缩小设计中的人为误差,得到最优方案。结合实际案例分析了整个比选过程,对比了传统经验计算法与量化分析计算法的差异,验证了量化分析计算法的优势。
A quantitative analysis method for open-pit mining process is proposed based on empirical method,the calculation of producing costs is further refined to each link such as power cost,material cost,repair cost,labor wages,equipment depreciation costs and so on,also the differences in equipment production capacity caused by different mining system processes are considered,so specific investment and production cost are calculated.In order to reduce human error in the design and to recommend real optimal solutions,the whole calculation process is analyzed through a practical case,the differences between the traditional empirical method and the quantitative analysis method is compared,the advantages of the quantitative analysis method is verified,which has important reference and guiding significance for selecting mining system in open-pit mine design.
