乌兰木伦煤矿综采面过空巷泵送支柱支护技术研究 被引量:21

摘要 为了安全顺利通过布置有多条平行于工作面空巷的12404-1综采面,分析了乌兰木伦煤矿12404-1综采面顶板岩性参数,按照顶板岩层自重的1.3倍安全系数计算并选择合理支护强度及支护形式,并采用空巷泵送支柱进行了补强支护。回采实践证明"泵送支柱+锚索"联合支护能够完全满足回采期间空巷顶板的稳定性,实现了综采面快速、高效通过多条近距离平行于工作面空巷。 In order to safely and smoothly pass the 12404-1 fully mechanized mining face with many parallel goafs,according to the roof lithology parameters of 12404-1 fully mechanized mining face in Ulan Mulun Coal Mine,the reasonable supporting strength and supporting form are calculated and selected according to the 1.3 times safety factor of roof rock weight.In the course of reinforcement support,the construction is strictly regulated according to the design requirements.Later,through the mining practice,it is proved that the combined support of pumping prop and anchor cable can ensure the stability of the gob roof during the mining period.The fully mechanized face has quickly and efficiently passed several parallel empty roadways.
