绵羊精子冷冻损伤的蛋白质组学研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 绵羊冻精技术经过半个多世纪的发展,目前的冷冻效率仍然很低,无法支撑大规模的产业化应用.奶绵羊产业的发展给绵羊冻精和性控冻精的研发和应用提出了新的需求.本文介绍了绵羊精子质膜的构成特点及其对冷冻损伤的影响,论述了经典蛋白质组学技术和高通量定量蛋白质质谱技术在绵羊等家畜精子冷冻损伤研究中的应用及其进展,阐释了开展绵羊精子冷冻损伤的质膜蛋白质组研究的必要性及其最新研究方法,并对绵羊冻精未来的潜在研究方向和应用前景进行了展望. Thought the ram semen cryopreservation technology has been developed and improved for more than half century,its efficient remains low and couldn't support a large-scale industrial application.The development of dairy sheep industry in China raises new requirements for the research and application of ram frozen semen and frozen sexed semen.Current paper introduced the characteristics of ram spermatozoa plasma membrane and its effect on cryoinjury,reviewed the application and related research progresses of classic proteomic technology and high-throughput quantitative proteomic technology on the cryoinjury researches of ram and other livestock's spermatozoa,explained the necessity of ram spermatozoal membrane proteomic study and related methods,and finally discussed the potential research directions of ram semen cryopreservation and its application prospect in dairy sheep industry.
