Typical Illustration of the Interaction Between Science and Society:The History of the Rapid and Comprehensive Treatment of Neurasthenia

考察了20世纪50-70年代我国精神医学领域盛行的“神经衰弱快速综合疗法”,从其概念与特点、历史背景及其发展阶段等方面,呈现了这种治疗方法的发展脉络,并从医学模式、医患关系模式等视角反思这一昙花一现的疗法出现的局限性和积极意义,探讨了该疗法的科学-社会互动机制及其对当下的启示。

In this paper,the rapid and comprehensive treatment of neurasthenia in the historical period from 50s'to 70s'of the last century attempts to present the development path of this treatment method from its name and characteristics,historical background,and phases.By reflecting the advanced aspects and limitations of this dying treatment approach from the medical model and doctor-patient relationship model in the historical context at that time,we analyzed the mechanism of the treatment and its implications for the present.
