摘要
试验研究天然木质纤维和精生素(NCG)对母猪繁殖性能的影响。选择健康已配种(2~4胎)长白×约克(L×Y)二元母猪54头,随机分成3组,每组18头,饲喂周期为140 d。妊娠期对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加0.05%的精生素(NCG)和代替麸皮的3.0%的木质纤维;哺乳期对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂添加0.05%NCG和代替麸皮的1.5%木质纤维的基础饲粮。试验期间,分别测定采食量、体重变化、背膘变化以及繁殖性能等指标。结果表明:本试验条件下,各试验组的哺乳期采食量、体重、背膘变化不显著(P>0.05),但都有减少泌乳期失重、背膘损失的趋势;与对照组相比较,各试验组显著提高个体出生均重、个体断奶均重、泌乳力(P<0.05),缩短发情间隔(P<0.05)。木质纤维和NCG对初生仔猪数、活仔数、初生窝均重等繁殖指标都有改善作用(P>0.05)。
The experiment was conducted to study the effect of dietary fiber and NCG on reproductive performance of sows. 54 healthy breeding(the 2 nd^4 th pregnancy) Landrace×Yorkshire(L×Y) crossbred sows were randomly divided into three groups with 18 sows in each group. The experiment lasted for 140 days. In pregnancy, control group was fed with basal diet, and experimental groups were fed with basal diet with 0.05% of NCG and 3.0% of dietary fiber instead of wheat bran. In lactation, control group was fed with basal diet, and experimental groups were fed with basal diet with 0.05% of NCG and 1.5% of dietary fiber instead of wheat bran. The indicators of feed intake, body weight change, backfat change and reproductive performance, etc. were determined in the experiment. The results showed that, under the experimental condition, feed intake, weight change, backfat change of each experimental group in loctation had no significant differences(P>0.05), but the experimental groups had the trend to reducing weight loss and backfat in lactation. The experimental groups had significantly higher individual birth weight, individual weaned weight and lactation capacity than those of control group(P<0.05), and the oestrus interval was shortened(P<0.05). Dietary fiber and NCG has effect in improving reproductive performance, such as newborn piglet number, living piglet number, newborn nest average weight, etc.
