摘要
试验探究不同填充率对颗粒径向混合的影响规律。利用离散单元法模拟了颗粒群搅拌混合过程,通过分析不同填充率下颗粒群在多个时刻的宏观运动,对比不同条件下颗粒群的运动矢量图,从而描述对流混合运动和4种局部混合特征对颗粒径向混合的影响,建立了颗粒群分离指数与搅拌器旋转圈数的函数关系。结果表明,颗粒群混合效率随着填充率的增加而降低,混合效果先是随着填充率的增加而下降,当达到一定值时又出现了上升。颗粒分离指数与搅拌器旋转圈数符合Exponential Decay模型,模型拟合良好,建立的数学模型可以为后续工艺参数优化提供参考。研究发现,填充率对U型混合机内颗粒径向混合效果影响显著。
The test explored the influence of different filling rates on the radial mixing of particles. The discrete element method was used to simulate the mixing process of particle groups. By analyzing the macroscopic motion of particle groups at multiple moments under different filling rates and comparing the motion vector diagrams of particle groups under different conditions, the influence of convective mixing motion and four local mixing characteristics on the radial mixing of particles was described, and the functional relationship between the particle group separation index and the number of rotation cycles of the agitator was established. The results showed that the mixing efficiency of particle group decreased with the increase of filling rate, and the mixing effect first decreased with the increase of filling rate, and then rised when the filling rate reached a certain value. The particle separation index and the number of rotary cycles of the stirrer were in line with the exponential Decay model, the model fitted well, and the mathematical model established could provide a reference for the follow-up process parameter optimization. The results indicated that filling rate had a significant effect on the radial mixing effect of particles in U-type mixer.
