随着养殖业现代化、集约化进程不断加快,优质、廉价蛋白饲料原料的稀缺成为养殖业发展的主要矛盾。植物源性蛋白饲料因适口性、抗营养因子等问题存在降低生产性能的风险。优质鱼粉添加量过大会造成饲料生产成本高,从而降低养殖效益。开发昆虫资源为蛋白饲料原料,价格相对较低,且无抗营养因子、适口性差等问题。文章旨在综述昆虫资源作为蛋白原料的研究进展和营养成分分析,为解决优质蛋白原料紧缺问题提出参考意见。

With the modernization and intensification of breeding industry, the scarcity of high-quality and cheap protein feed becomes a main contradiction for development of breeding industry. The problems of palatability and anti-nutrient factor of plant protein supplement may reduce production performance. The excessive addition of fish meal with high quality will lead to high production cost of feed and reduce the benefit. Insect resources are developed as protein feed with relatively low price, which do not include anti-nutrition factor, poor palatability and other problems. The article aims to review the research progress and nutritional composition of insect resources as protein feed, so as to provide reference opinions for solving shortage of high-quality protein feed materials.
