在养猪生产中,采用不同的饲养方式和饲养密度不仅影响猪的生长性能和健康,还会影响猪的肉品质和生活习性,从而影响养殖户的经济效益。为此,研究更适合猪生产并带来更高经济效益的饲养方式和密度具有重要意义。文章从舍饲与放养、水泥地面与发酵床、自由采食与限制饲喂以及饲养密度等饲养方式方面对猪生长性能及肉品质影响进行综述。

In pig production, adopting different feeding modes and densities will not only affect the growth performance and health of pigs, but also affect meat quality and living habits of pigs, so as to affect the economic benefits of farmers. Therefore, it had great significance to study feeding mode and density more suitable for pig production and higher economic efficiency. The paper reviewed the feeding modes that affect pig growth performance and meat quality from the aspects of feeding and stocking, cement floor and fermentation bed, free feeding and restricted feeding, and feeding density, etc.
