胶体金乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原试剂漏检e抗原阳性且高病毒载量感染者一例 被引量：1

摘要 胶体金法是临床上常用的筛查乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)感染的方法之一,既往存在漏检报道。本例患者在产检时采用两种胶体金试剂测得乙型肝炎表面抗原(hepatitis B surface antigen,HBsAg)均阴性,而HBeAg和HBV DNA均为强阳性,且酶联免疫吸附试验和化学发光法复检HBsAg均阳性,诊断为慢性HBV感染(免疫耐受期),考虑胶体金法漏检原因系HBsAg水平较低所致。
