规范化健康管理和POCT血糖仪应用对糖耐量受损患者罹患糖尿病的影响

Effect of standardized health management and POCT blood glucose meter on diabetes in patients with impaired glucose tolerance

目的探讨规范化健康管理和POCT血糖仪应用对糖耐量受损患者罹患糖尿病的影响。方法选取2016年1月-4月在本院进行健康体检中发现血糖异常,并经诊断为糖耐量受损的88例患者作为研究对象。随机将这88例患者分为研究组和对照组,每组各44例。对照组仅作常规的跟踪随访及管理;研究组患者进行规范化的健康管理,并应用POCT血糖仪监测空腹血糖与餐后2 h血糖水平。对2组患者进行跟踪随访2年后,比较2组患者罹患糖尿病的概率;并比较2组的体质量指数与餐后2 h血糖水平的差异。结果研究组患者罹患糖尿病(4.5%)的几率明显低于对照组患者(25.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的体质指数与餐后2 h血糖水平明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖耐量受损患者进行规范化的健康管理,并通过POCT血糖仪监测血糖水平,可降低其罹患糖尿病几率。

Objective To investigate the effect of standardized health management and POCT blood glucose meter on diabetes in patients with impaired glucose tolerance. Methods Eighty-eight patients with impaired glucose tolerance who were found to have abnormal blood sugar during physical examination in our hospital from January to April, 2016 were selected as the study subjects. The 88 patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 44 patients in each group. The control group was followed up and managed routinely, while standardized health management was carried out in the study group, and fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose were monitored by POCT blood glucose meter. After two years of following-up, the probability of suffering diabetes was compared between the two groups, and the difference of body mass index and 2 h postprandial blood sugar concentration was compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of suffering diabetes in the study group(4.5%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(25.0%), with the difference statistically significant(P<0.05). The body mass index and 2 h postprandial blood sugar level in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with the difference statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Standardized health management for patients with impaired glucose tolerance and monitoring blood sugar level by POCT blood glucose meter can reduce the risk of diabetes mellitus.
