创新型城市是创新型国家的基础和重要组成部分,也是实现创新型国家战略目标的前提。我国正在努力积极适应经济发展新常态,以创建国家创新型城市为机点,提升创新能力的自主性。当前,我国对创新型城市的研究还没有形成一个具体的研究架构,因此需要借鉴国外创新型城市成功的例子。进一步强化创新型城市理论的研究,分析创新型城市的形成过程,构建创新型城市评价指标体系对创新型城市建设具有非常重要的理论和实践意义。

Innovative cities are the base and the main components of an innovative country and are the premise for a country to realize its great strategic aim of becoming innovative.China adjusting to the economic development new status,in the opportunity of constructing the new city is working on promoting its innovative capability.However,China’s research on innovative cities has not yet formed a specific research structure,so it is necessary to learn from the successful examples of foreign innovative cities.Further strengthening the research on the theory of innovative city,analyzing the formation process of innovative city,and constructing the evaluation index system of innovative city have very important theoretical and practical significance for the construction of innovative city.
