创新民族文化开发与乡村振兴有效路径——乡村重构视角下的贵州省黔南州洪江村研究

Innovation of Ethnic Culture Development and Effective Path of Rural Revitalization——A Study on Hongjiang Village in Qiannan, Guizhou from the Perspective of Rural Reconstruction

民族文化是推动少数民族地区乡村振兴的重要源泉和基础,其内在逻辑在于创新民族文化开发形成地区发展的内在动力,同时在多方参与、开放协作的外部推力作用下形成可持续发展的道路。本文以贵州省黔南州洪江村为例,探讨洪江村创新民族文化开发,构建独具特色的"村落遗存的艺术活化"产业,破解"空心村"问题的经验,聚焦乡村经济-社会-生态的多维层次重构,以及三者之间的关系和联动过程,分析其中的反应机理和逻辑,从而提炼民族地区破解"空心化"问题,实现乡村振兴战略的有效途径。

Ethnic culture is an important source and basis for promoting rural revitalization in ethnic minority areas.Its internal logic lies in innovating the development of ethnic culture to form the internal driving force of regional development,and at the same time forming the road of sustainable development under the external thrust of multi-participation and open cooperation.Taking Hongjiang village in Qiannan,Guizhou as an example,this paper discusses its experience of innovating development of national culture,constructing a unique industry of"artistic activation of village remnants"and solving the problem of"hollow village",and focuses on the phenomenon of multi-dimensional reconstruction of rural economy,society,and ecology,and the relationship and linkage process among them,and analyses the reaction mechanism and logic to put forward effective path to solve the problem of"hollow village"in ethnic areas and realize the strategy of rural revitalization.
