长江口水域避台对策研究

Study on Countermeasures of Avoiding Typhoon in Yangtze River Estuary

近年来,随着全球气温的升高,一些极端天气所引发的自然灾害的频率也在增加。而台风是对海上交通及大陆沿海地区影响最广,危害最大的灾害。众所周知,长江口及其周遭地区是我国最为发达的经济带,是我国海上交通的重要枢纽。有研究资料表明,我国东南沿海的长江口每年都会遭遇到台风的侵袭,平均每年可以达到6次之多。因此制定合理而行之有效的避台措施,无论是对航道设施还是水域通航船舶都有极为重要的意义。本文从介绍长江口结构、台风成因开始,研究了台风对长江口地区的影响,列出长江口水域在船舶避台方面存在的一些问题,最后阐述避台时船舶和岸基应采取的措施。

In recent years,as global temperatures rise,the frequency of natural disasters caused by some extreme weather events is also increasing.Typhoon is the most extensive and harmful disaster to the sea traffic and the coastal areas of China's Mainland.As is known to all,The Yangtze River estuary and its surrounding areas are the most developed economic belt in China and an important bridge for maritime traffic in China.There are studies that show that,The Yangtze River estuary along the southeast coast of China is hit by typhoons every year,which can reach as many as 6 times on average.Therefore,it is of great significance to formulate reasonable and effective measures to avoid typhoon for both channel facilities and navigable ships.This paper introduces the structure of the Yangtze river estuary and the origin of typhoons,and studies the influence of typhoons on the Yangtze river estuary,lists some problems existing in the area of Yangtze river estuary,and expounds the measures that should be taken by ships and shore-based ships in the area of Yangtze river estuary.
