明式家具榫卯结构在现代家具设计中的改良研究

On the Improvement of Mortise and Tenon Joint Structure of Ming-style Furniture in Modern Furniture Design

榫卯结构在中国文化发展史上具有重要意义,简单的“凸”与“凹”构造出许多精美的家具与建筑物,如应县木塔屹立千年而不倒。榫卯结构家具发展到明朝乃至清朝前期达到顶峰,明式榫卯结构经久耐用、美观大气,但是同时也受限于材质与技术无法在现代家具设计中得到量产。但是本文,通过对明式家具的细致研究,并且随着3D技术与现代工业的发展,发现榫卯结构在现代家具设计体系中利用此类技术,再度重现榫卯结构的工艺美学,因此有必要对榫卯结构在现代家居设计体系的改良应用进行深度研究。

Tenon-mortise structure is of great significance in the history of Chinese cultural development.Simple"convex"and"concave"construct many exquisite furniture and buildings,such as Yingxian wooden tower standing for thousands of years.Tenonmortise structure furniture reached its peak in the Ming Dynasty and even in the early Qing Dynasty.Ming-style tenon-mortise structure is durable and beautiful.But it is also limited by the material and technology,which can not allow mass production in modern furniture design.However,through the detailed study of Ming-style furniture,and with the development of 3D technology and modern industry,it is found that tenon-mortise structure is used in modern furniture design system to reproduce the technological aesthetics of mortise and tenon structure again.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the improvement and application of mortise and tenon structure in modern home design system.
