新中式风格在餐饮空间中的设计应用研究

目前我国的酒店多数是西方风格,一般都配以缤纷的玻璃幕墙或者配套的旋转餐厅为酒店的特征,对比中国博大精深的传统文化就略显单薄,因此在酒店设计中融入中国的传统元素显得尤为重要。但一味的堆加中式元素并不是新中式风格理念,所以需要删繁取简,在空间划分,材料的使用,灯光、色彩等元素上都能够运用传统的中国元素并进行提炼总结且与现代的装饰材料有效的结合,使空间注重感官上的美与使用的舒适和谐统一,做到“精简”的新中式酒店设计,在设计中着重提炼出中国特有的文化思想精神“禅意”,表现出具有中国传统韵味的新中式酒店餐饮空间设计。

At present,most hotels in our country are western style,usually characterized by colorful glass curtain walls or supporting revolving restaurants.Compared with the extensive and profound traditional culture in China,these aren’t enough,so it is particularly important to integrate Chinese traditional elements into hotel design.But blindly adding Chinese elements is not a new Chinese style concept,we need to simplify by cutting down the complexity.Thus,it’s better to apply Chinese elements to the space division,the use of materials,lighting,color and other elements,and summarize to make it effectively combine with modern decorative materials.So a harmony can be achieved between space paying attention to sensory beauty and use emphasizing comfortability.As a result,a"simplified"new Chinese hotel design can be achieved,which not only extracts the unique spirit of Chinese culture and ideology--"Zen",but also shows the Chinese traditional charm of the new Chinese hotel catering space design.
