农民合作社扶贫的路径选择及对贫困户收入的影响研究

Path Choice of Poverty Alleviation of Farmers Cooperatives and Its Impact on Income of Poor Households

产业扶贫是实现精准扶贫目标的根本之策,而农民合作社作为产业扶贫的主体之一,在破解农村贫困问题方面发挥着不可替代的作用。基于429个贫困户的微观调研数据,运用倾向得分匹配(PSM)分析方法,从收益性维度实证分析合作社扶贫的不同方式对贫困户收入的影响。结果表明:合作社扶贫能显著提高贫困户收入。合作社扶贫使贫困户家庭人均收入显著提高17.82%,说明合作社扶贫对贫困户家庭具有显著的增收效应。但贫困户与合作社不同的利益联结方式对贫困户的收入影响存在差异。合作社扶贫显著增加了贫困户的农业生产性纯收入、工资性收入、转移性收入,但对财政性收入影响不显著,且农业生产性纯收入和工资性收入的增收幅度远高于转移性收入,说明农业技术支持、社内务工的扶贫方式的增收效果较好。

Industrial poverty alleviation is a policy fundamental to the goal of precise poverty alleviation.Farmers cooperatives,as one of the main bodies of industrial poverty alleviation,play an irreplaceable role in solving the problem of rural poverty.Based on the data of 429 poverty-stricken households,this paper empiri?cally analyse the impact of different ways of poverty alleviation by cooperatives on the income of povertystricken households from the perspective of profitability by using the method of propensity score matching(PSM).The results show that poverty alleviation by cooperatives can significantly increase the income of poor households.Poverty alleviation by cooperatives has significantly increased the per capita income of poor house?holds by 17.82%,indicating that poverty alleviation by cooperatives has a significant income-increasing effect on poor households.However,different ways to link the interests of poor households and cooperatives have dif?ferent impacts on the income of poor households.Poverty alleviation by cooperatives has significantly increased the net income of agricultural production,wage income and transferable income of poor households,but it has no significant impact on fiscal income.Moreover,the increase of net income of agricultural production and wageincome is much higher than that of transferable income,which indicates that the effect of agricultural technolo?gy support and poverty alleviation by social workers is better.
