环形气液雾化装置雾化因素研究与降尘试验 被引量:2

摘要 环形气液雾化装置是基于高速气流中横向射流二次雾化机理设计的。采用Fluent软件模拟了环形气液雾化装置的液相流场、气相流场,分析了不同环缝角度和气管距离对装置内液相流动状态的影响及不同气体流速下气相流动状态。结果表明,环缝角度控制在40°~50°、环缝出口至气管出口距离控制在2~6 mm时,液滴和气体具有足够大的相对速度,并且有充分的二次雾化时间和距离。在此基础上对环形气液雾化装置进行了雾化与降尘试验,获得较好的降尘效果。 The circular air-water atomizing equipment was designed based on the secondary atomization mechanism of the transverse jet in high velocity gas flow.In this paper,the liquid flow field and gas phase flow field of the circular air-water atomizing equipment were simulated by Fluent software.And the effects of different annular angles and tracheal distance on the liquid phase flow in the equipment were analyzed.The gas phase flow in the equipment were also analyzed under different gas flow rates.The results show that the angle of the ring gap should be controlled between 40°and 50°,and the distance from the outlet of the ring to the end of the trachea should be controlled between 2 and 4 mm,so that the droplets and gases are made to have sufficiently large relative velocity and sufficient secondary atomization time and distance.On this basis,the roadway dust reduction test was simulated,which obtained the satisfactory dust reduction effect.
