压-剪试件在动态加载下的力学响应分析

摘要 基于ABAQUS软件对Ti 6Al 4V钛合金压-剪试件(shear-compression specimen,SCS)压缩过程进行3D数值模拟,研究压-剪试样在静动态加载条件下的力学响应。分析了SCS试件的几何参数(长径比、根圆半径、厚度)对分离式Hopkinson压杆(SHPB)实验结果分析的影响,并讨论利用SCS试件获得材料屈服面的可行性。结果表明:几何参数对SHPB实验结果分析有影响,增加SCS长径比使得加载过程中动态力平衡能力减弱;满足动态力平衡的前提下,SCS试件能得到有效的动态、静态屈服面,可用来研究材料的屈服准则。 In this paper,the 3D numerical simulation of compression process of Ti 6Al 4V titanium alloy shear-compression specimen(SCS)was carried out on ABAQUS software,and the mechanical response of compression-shear specimen under static and dynamic loading was studied.The influence of the geometric parameters(length to diameter ratio,root radius and thickness)of the SCS specimen on the analysis of the experimental results of the separated Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB)was analyzed,and the feasibility of obtaining the yield surface of the material by using the SCS specimen was discussed.The results show that the geometric parameters had an effect on the analysis of SHPB experimental results.Increasing the aspect ratio of SCS decreased the dynamic force balance ability during loading.Under the premise of dynamic force balance,SCS specimen obtained effective dynamic and static yield surface,which can be used to study the yield criterion of materials.
