摘要
通过金相显微镜及扫描电镜对某轴承内圈磁粉探伤发现的缺陷形貌及成分进行分析。考虑缺陷可能存在于套圈内部,故采用水浸超声检测方法对该类型缺陷进行检测,并与金相法进行对比,结果证明超声波检测方法能够有效检出该类缺陷,可用于后续该类缺陷控制。
The defects found in magnetic powder inspection of inner ring of a bearing are analyzed by metallographic microscope and SEM.The defects inside ring are also detected by water immersion ultrasonic inspecting method;the results are compared with results obtained by metallographic method.The results demonstrate that the ultrasonic inspecting method is able to detect such defects effectively,which can be used for control of such defects.
