外转子开关磁阻电机的转矩性能优化 被引量:2

摘要 介绍一种具有新颖结构的外转子开关磁阻电机,该电机可直接驱动以消除传输损耗,且每个定子极有两个齿用以增强输出转矩。通过等效磁路法分析了每个定子极多齿拓扑的转矩性能,使用田口算法分析了定、转子尺寸对转矩性能的影响并进行了优化,利用有限元法分析计算转矩性能及电机损耗。结果表明相比于传统电机,改进的新型电机在不同电流密度、不同转速下均具有更好的转矩性能和更高的能量密度。此外,电机损耗亦有所降低。 The promotion of electric vehicles has led to the development of high-performance motors.This paper introduced an external rotor switched reluctance motor with a novel structure,which can be driven directly to eliminate the transmission losses,and each stator has two teeth to enhance output torque.The torque performance of the topology with multi-tooth of each stator was analyzed by the equivalent magnetic circuit method.And the effects of stator and rotor dimensions on torque performance were analyzed and optimized by the Taguchi algorithm method.Furthermore,the torque performance and loss characteristics of SRMs were analyzed and calculated by the finite element method.The results show that the improved novel motor has better torque performance and higher energy density at different current densities and speeds compared with the traditional motor.Besides,the loss of SRMs is also reduced.
